It still helps. Even on bespoke work, 60-80% of the BOM is standard items, the bespoke parts get flagged for the estimator to price manually. You save time on the easy 80% instead of treating every job as fully bespoke.
05What about quote follow-up?
We typically pair this with an AI follow-up agent, if a quote doesn't convert in 7/14/30 days, the system pings the right person with context (what was quoted, when, the customer's last contact). No quote falls off the radar.
