01Will it actually understand site photos?
Modern vision-language models are good at reading site photos, recognising room types, materials, fittings, condition issues. We pair vision extraction with your voice-noted observations to fill in what photos alone can't capture.
02How does it handle bespoke work?
Standard items priced automatically; bespoke items flagged for you to price manually. Most jobs are 70-85% standard work with a few bespoke parts. You save time on the standard 80% and treat bespoke the way you always have.
03What if my pricing depends on judgement?
It almost always does. That's why the system generates a draft and you review. The AI does the mechanical work; you do the judgement (margin, access difficulty call, customer mix). Most trades find this lets them quote 2-3x the volume without adding hours.
04Does it integrate with my existing tool?

05What about supplier price changes?
Prices synced daily or weekly from supplier feeds (where available) or your own price lists. Stale-price alerts if a price hasn't been updated in too long. Stale or missing prices are flagged before your team approves the quote.
