Enquiry triage · Trades & contractors

Every Enquiry Replied To. Every Lead Followed Up.

Half your enquiries are tyre-kickers; the other half are real money. Right now they all sit in the same inbox getting a slow human response, while the good ones go cold. AI sorts the mess in seconds, and your team only spends time on the work that's worth winning.

Tell us the task, your current tools and where the work gets stuck. We will help you choose a sensible first scope.

The trades & contractors reality.

Trades businesses are run by people who'd rather be on site than at a desk. The inbox piles up, the missed calls don't get returned, and customers don't hear back until the evening, by which point a competitor's already booked the survey. Response time is the single biggest predictor of conversion, and trades are losing on it.

01

Read every enquiry: from anywhere

Email, website form, WhatsApp, Facebook message, voicemail transcript. All routed through one pipeline.

02

Classify and score

Job type, size, urgency, geographic reach, customer profile. Bad fits get a polite redirect. Good ones routed to the right person with context.

03

Draft a personalised reply

Not "thanks." A real first reply: what you do, your rough timing, a question that moves it forward (need more info, can you confirm address, when's convenient for a site visit).

04

Follow up the warm ones

Sent the quote, they went quiet? 7-day nudge, 14-day check-in, 30-day final. Personalised every time. The follow-up work nobody has time to do, done automatically.

We integrate with what you have.

  • Email (Gmail / Outlook)
  • Website contact forms
  • WhatsApp Business
  • Pipedrive / HubSpot / custom CRM
  • Quote-generation tools (e.g. JobNimbus, ServiceTitan)

We check your software version, available API or export, access permissions and any supplier fees before quoting. If a reliable connection is not available, we will explain the practical alternatives.

Prove it on your own work first.

01

What we need to see

Recent anonymised enquiries, your service area, qualification rules and the replies your team is happy to send.

02

How we judge the pilot

Compare response time, correct routing and qualified enquiries, including urgent messages and poor-fit requests.

03

What stays in your hands

Agree which acknowledgements can send automatically. Quotes, sensitive replies and uncertain classifications go to a person.

Fixed fee, phased delivery.

Things people in this industry ask us.

01Won't my customers know it's AI?

They're getting a fast, personalised first reply that says "yes we can help with X, here's our next step", vs the alternative of 24-hour silence. Much better experience for the customer; they just want a response.

02How does it know which jobs are worth quoting?

A mix of: keywords (job type, urgency), value indicators (project size, named developer customers), and learning from your past quote-to-win ratio. We tune the scoring with you so it matches your judgement.

03Can it actually generate quotes?

For standard jobs with predictable pricing, yes, typically as a draft for you to review. For bespoke jobs requiring site survey, the AI does the booking and reply, your estimator does the survey and price.

04Will it work for one-man-band trades?

Yes, and arguably it's most valuable here. If you're on the tools all day, the inbox is your single biggest growth blocker. AI handles the inbox while you handle the work.

05What about phone-only customers?

Voicemails get transcribed and routed through the same pipeline. SMS reminders sent to customers who prefer phone contact. The AI doesn't replace your phone, it just makes sure nothing falls through.
