Leigh has a strong industrial heritage and a community-led economy of manufacturers, trades, and third-sector organisations. We work with The Bridge at Leigh and other Leigh businesses from our Tameside base.
How we work
About Leigh
Local context, not stock copy.
Leigh grew on coal and cotton, and that industrial DNA still shapes the town. The Parsonage and Bickershaw industrial estates, along with smaller units around Atherleigh Way, house a mix of manufacturing, fabrication, logistics, and trade businesses. The town has also built a strong third-sector ecosystem — community charities, social enterprises, and faith-based organisations playing a real role in the local economy and community.
We work with The Bridge at Leigh, a community organisation rooted in the town. Charities and small not-for-profits in Leigh often face the same digital challenge as small businesses: limited budget, limited time, and a website that has not kept pace with how people actually find and engage with services. Our charity programme exists for exactly this kind of organisation, and our experience with Leigh extends naturally from that work.
Leigh sits in Wigan borough, around 35 minutes from our Tameside base via the M60 and East Lancs. We visit clients here regularly for photography, briefings, and project meetings — distance is not a barrier for ongoing work.
