CRB Door Systems, based in Rotherham, installs and maintains commercial doors, shutters, and access systems across the UK. They already had a website when they came to us, but it was old, outdated, and doing nothing for the business. Enquiries were not coming through it. It looked like the company CRB had been a decade ago, not the one they are now, the classic industrial problem: a capable firm with a front door that fails their real audience (facilities, commercial buyers, multi-site clients).

Phase one, the website (the core product). We rebuilt the site with a proper lead-generation spine: dedicated service pages for each product type, clear routes to contact from every page, and targeted SEO against the commercial-door and access-systems terms that actually convert. Since launch, CRB has had a steady stream of web-sourced enquiries landing, a new channel where there was effectively none before.

Phase two, workspace migration. The site was the front door, but the back-office stack needed the same attention. We moved CRB off Microsoft and onto Google Workspace, partly for the day-to-day collaboration win, and partly to position them for AI. Google’s ecosystem plays well with the AI tooling we use for SME clients, so the migration isn’t just about email: it’s laying the infrastructure for everything that comes next.

Phase three, kicking off now. We’re about to start work on CRB’s first piece of bespoke software: a custom stock management system to replace the manual tracking the team currently relies on. First phase scheduled, scope agreed. That’s the pattern we aim for, a website enquiry that turns into a long working relationship, where we stay in, keep spotting the next bottleneck, and keep building.

"We had a website that wasn't doing anything for us. Chris replaced it, moved our email onto Google Workspace to set us up for AI, and we're now starting on a proper stock system with him. It's not 'we built your site and waved goodbye', he's part of how we run."
