Inspect Every Part — Not Just a Sample.
Manufacturing QC has always been a trade-off: inspect everything and slow the line, or sample and accept escapes. AI changes the maths. Every part inspected, sub-second, against a structured schema — using cameras and tablets you already own.
The promise
Where it hurts
The manufacturers reality.
Off-the-shelf machine vision systems are designed for high-volume production lines running one product all day. They're £20k+ per station and don't suit mixed-product SMB manufacturing. Meanwhile, your team takes pre-dispatch photos that nobody uses for inspection. That gap is where AI lives.
What we actually build
Tuned for manufacturers.
Product-specific inspection schemas
Per product type: components present, assembly correct, labels right, packaging complete. Structured checklist the AI can apply consistently.
Multi-source capture
Phone cameras for manual stations, fixed cameras at automated stations, drone shots for large assemblies. Same model, same workflow.
Inline or end-of-line
Use at end-of-line for finished-goods QC, or inline at sub-assembly stages to catch errors before they compound into the next stage.
Integration with your traceability
Inspection records tied to batch number, serial, work order. Audit trail meets ISO 9001 and customer-specific traceability requirements.
Adjacent engagement
The outcome.
AI-driven visual QC pre-dispatch — catches missing welds, surface defects, and wrong configurations. The same pattern adapts to manufacturing assembly checks: component presence, correct orientation, label legibility, packaging completeness.
This is what the pattern delivers in this industry — built on our delivery experience in adjacent sectors, not a direct engagement we can claim. Honest disclosure: when we say "we built this," we mean it.
Typical stack
We integrate with what you have.
- Phone cameras / tablets
- Fixed station cameras
- Custom ERPs / MES
- ISO 9001 audit logs
- Customer traceability systems
If your stack isn't listed, ask — almost always we can integrate. We've connected to bespoke MES, ancient on-prem systems, and email-only interfaces.
Pricing
Fixed fee, phased delivery.
£3,200–£12,000 for build, ~£150–£400/month for hosting

Questions
Things people in this industry ask us.
01 Will it work alongside our existing machine vision?
Yes — they're complementary. Industrial vision rigs are good at dimensional measurement at speed. AI vision is good at visual judgement and varied products. Many manufacturers run both: the machine vision for measurements, AI for assembly correctness and surface defects.
02 Can it handle changeovers?
Yes. New product schemas can be activated via a barcode scan, a work-order trigger, or just operator selection. The system inspects against the right checklist as the line runs different products through the day.
03 What about ISO 9001 / IATF traceability?
Every inspection logged with image, schema, decision, reasoning, and operator. Linked to batch and serial. Provides a cleaner audit trail than paper logs.
04 How accurate is it?
Above 95% on production deployments with sensible confidence thresholds. The system flags uncertain cases for human review rather than silently mis-classifying — so you never get an undetected escape.
05 Can we run it on-premise?
Yes. We can deploy fully on your network if that's required for IP or data-residency reasons. Cloud deployment is faster and cheaper but on-premise is fully supported.
