01How do you handle client confidentiality?
Documents stay in your environment. We use AI providers with zero-retention API contracts, your documents are not used to train external models. For the most sensitive work, we can deploy fully on-premise. Full DPA available.
02What about SRA, ICAEW, ACCA, FCA compliance?
The system is designed for regulated firms, audit trail, role-based access, retention controls, redaction support. We work with your compliance lead during build to ensure it meets your regulatory obligations.
03Can it read handwritten notes?
Yes, including margin notes on contracts, handwriting on intake forms, scanned signatures. Modern vision-language models are surprisingly good at British handwriting on professional documents.
04What about hallucinations?
The system extracts what's in the document, with confidence scores. It doesn't invent fields. Below the confidence threshold, items go to human review. Above, they flow through with full audit trail.
05Does it work with our existing DMS?
