Know What's Going on Without Asking Anyone.

You shouldn't have to walk the shop floor at 11am to find out which jobs are running late. Or open three systems to see whether this week's margin is on track. We build live operational dashboards — and an AI layer on top — that surface what matters and answer your questions in plain English.

№ 02The promise

The promise

Live real-time data, not yesterday's export
< 6 wk from kickoff to live dashboards
Ask anything natural-language queries on your data
№ 03Where it hurts

Where it hurts

The real friction we hear about.

01

You're running on yesterday's data

Weekly reports tell you what happened last week. By the time you act on them, it's already next week. The operational decisions that matter happen on Tuesday afternoon, not Friday morning.

02

BI tools are built for analysts

Power BI and Tableau are powerful — and they assume you have someone whose job is to use them. Most SMBs don't. The dashboards get built, looked at twice, and then gather dust.

03

Different departments see different numbers

Sales report says one thing. Production says another. Finance says a third. Half the time it's because they're using different definitions; the other half it's because nobody's data is real-time. Either way, decisions get made on vibes.

04

Asking "why?" takes too long

You see margin dipped this month. Now you need someone to dig through three systems to work out whether it was material costs, labour drift, or a bad customer mix. AI can answer that question in seconds.

№ 04How it works

How it works

What we actually build.

01

Single source of truth

We pull data from your real systems (MES, CRM, accounts, ecommerce, custom apps) into one place. Reconciled, defined consistently, refreshed in real time or near-real-time.

02

The dashboards you'll actually use

Designed around your real questions, not generic templates. "What's shipping today?" "Which jobs are at risk?" "Which customers haven't reordered?" Surface only what matters to the role of the person looking.

03

AI on top for the long-tail questions

For everything not on a dashboard: ask in plain English. "What did we sell to Acme in March?" "Which jobs took more than 20% over estimate?" "Who quoted the Smith job?" The AI queries your data and answers in seconds.

04

Alert on what matters

Margin trending down. A customer who hasn't ordered in 60 days. A job 3 days late and no one's flagged it. The system pings the right person before the problem becomes a fire.

№ 08Questions

Questions

Things people ask us about this.

01 How is this different from Power BI?

Power BI is a tool for analysts to build reports. What we build is for operators — dashboards designed around your real decisions, plus an AI layer that answers questions you didn't pre-build a dashboard for. You can host the underlying data in anything (BigQuery, Postgres, your existing systems); the difference is the layer that sits in front of your team.

02 Where does the data live?

Usually in your existing data warehouse, or a small one we set up (BigQuery, Postgres, or similar). The dashboards and AI layer query that warehouse. Your raw operational systems stay where they are — we just mirror the data into a place that's designed for analytics.

03 Can we run the AI questions in front of our own staff?

Yes. The natural-language query interface is the most-used feature with clients who deploy it. Anyone who can use Google can use it. Permissions are role-based so people only see data they're allowed to see.

04 How real-time is "real-time"?

Depends on the source system. For systems with proper APIs (modern SaaS), genuinely real-time. For older systems that need a sync (Sage, on-prem databases), typically every 5-15 minutes. We design around the data you have.

05 What if our reporting needs change?

Dashboards are designed to be modified. We hand over with documentation so your team or another developer can add new views without rebuilding everything. The AI layer doesn't need redesign for new questions — it adapts as long as the underlying data is there.
