Written plan, one price
Every project is quoted fixed, in writing, before work starts. Monthly plans get a written monthly plan of what's included. Nothing is hidden in an invoice.
Reply within two working days
For fixed-price projects: feedback within 2 working days keeps the launch date on track. Slower replies push the date back a day for each day missed. If a project is paused longer than 14 days there's a £250 restart fee. Read why →
Honest no
If your budget doesn't fit the brief, we'll tell you before you pay a penny. Often we'll suggest a cheaper tool that does the job — or a different shape of engagement.
