DoorOps is an AI-native SaaS platform for UK door contractors, co-founded by Happy Webs and designed, built, and engineered from scratch in-house. It replaces paper worksheets with a digital system that travels with the job, produces professionally branded PDFs on demand, and uses AI to stop the classic door-industry problem: paperwork going missing between the site and the office.

Every door contractor we spoke to during discovery told us the same story. Engineers finish a job on site, sign off paper worksheets, and by the time the paperwork gets back to the office, if it does, it’s half-filled, damp, or lost. Invoices get delayed. Compliance suffers. Admin spends half their week chasing scraps of paper.

We built DoorOps to kill that workflow entirely. Digital worksheets filled in on-site and synced straight back. AI features woven in at the core, not a chatbot bolted on the side, but intelligence that does the real work of classifying jobs, extracting data from photos, and generating the branded customer-ready PDFs contractors need to look credible.

DoorOps is preparing for launch. Full-stack engineering, UX, branding, infrastructure, all delivered by the Happy Webs team. Because we co-founded it, we got to build the app we’d want our fabrication and door clients to have access to: specialist tooling, built by people who understand both the shop floor and the software stack.
