Launch is the start, not the end. Plugins go out of date, forms quietly stop sending, certificates expire and small changes pile up. We host, watch and look after the site so it keeps working while you run the business.

## What is included

- **Updates and security** — Software, dependencies and security settings kept current, with checks after each change.
- **Backups** — Regular backups and a tested way to restore the site if something goes wrong.
- **Uptime and form monitoring** — Alerts if the site goes down or an enquiry form stops sending.
- **Small changes** — Text, photos, prices and notices updated for you, without a new quote each time.
- **Help on WhatsApp** — Project-aware AI help for quick questions, with Chris stepping in when a person is needed.
- **Domain and email checks** — Domain renewals, DNS and email records checked so mail keeps arriving.
- **Improvements** — The £650 plan includes around half a day a month for agreed improvements.

Support plans start from £350 a month excluding VAT. The £650 plan includes around half a day a month of improvements. Hosting is agreed separately and depends on the site, and larger pieces of work are £1,000 a day, agreed before they start.

## Frequently asked questions
### Do you look after websites you did not build?

Sometimes. We review the site first. If it is in reasonable shape we can take it on; if not, we will tell you honestly whether fixing or rebuilding makes more sense.
### Is hosting included in the support plan?

No. Hosting depends on the site and is agreed separately, so you only pay for what the site actually needs.
### What counts as a small change?

Text, photos, prices, opening hours, notices and similar edits. New pages, features and redesigns are agreed and quoted first.
### Can we still edit the site ourselves?

Yes, where the site is set up for it. Care plans are there for the jobs you would rather not do, not to lock you out.
