# Turn more of your visitors into enquiries

Doubling your enquiries does not always mean doubling your traffic. Often the people are already arriving and leaving without making contact. We find where they drop off and fix it, then test the changes so you know they worked.

## What is included
- **Conversion audit** — Analytics, page speed, mobile journey, forms and calls to action reviewed against what buyers need.
- **Visitor recordings and heatmaps** — Consent-led Microsoft Clarity to see where people scroll, click and give up.
- **Form improvements** — Fewer fields, clearer labels, better errors, file uploads where useful and quicker mobile completion.
- **Landing page improvements** — Headlines, proof, pricing signals and calls to action reworked around the buyer's question.
- **A/B testing** — Test one version against another where traffic allows, so decisions rest on results.
- **Speed and UX fixes** — Slow pages, layout shift and awkward navigation fixed on the pages that matter.
- **Checkout optimisation** — For online shops: basket, delivery options and checkout steps tidied to reduce drop-off.
- **Monthly results** — What we changed, what it did to enquiries or sales, and what to test next.

## Indicative pricing
All Happy Webs prices exclude VAT.
A one-off conversion audit and first round of fixes starts from £1,500 excluding VAT. Ongoing CRO, with monthly testing and improvements, starts from £500 a month. Larger site changes are quoted separately.

## Frequently asked questions
### What is conversion rate optimisation (CRO)?

Improving your website so a higher share of visitors take the action you want, such as ringing, sending a quote request or buying. It gets more out of the traffic you already have.
### Do we have enough traffic for A/B testing?

Many smaller B2B sites do not, and that is fine. Where traffic is low we fix obvious problems from recordings and buyer feedback, then measure the change over time rather than running formal split tests.
### Is CRO better than more advertising?

Usually you want both, in that order. If the site converts badly, more traffic just costs more. Fixing conversion first makes every pound of ads and SEO work harder.
### Do you track visitors without consent?

No. Recordings and analytics only run after a visitor accepts analytics cookies, following UK rules.
