Yes, that’s one of the key features of our program. We keep ongoing maintenance across all our sites every day for security and performance. But we also handle requests from clients for any updates, issues or website revisions.

We designed a queue system that monitors each request coming in from all our clients. It’s tagged based on priority and we fulfil each item as a whole team. So, we spread the cost across all clients.

We also follow our fair use policy. If you ask us to add 100 products into WooCommerce, that will take some time depending on the number of existing requests in the queueing system. But we’ll communicate with you during the process and work with you every step of the way.

4. Sites selling stolen or unauthorized items, including counterfeit products such as copies of movies (VHS, DVD, etc.), software, and other trademarks
5. Hatred & Intolerance: We do not allow the promotion of content that incites or endorses hatred against others. Content that inappropriately discriminates against a person or group or that seeks to intimidate, exploit, or humiliate others.
6. Sale of weapons, gunpowder, and other explosives.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, but anything beyond the 14 days is not eligible for any refunds, nor is any upfront one-time fees, for example with the Starter plan.

We’ll continue hosting your site until the end of your purchased time. We’ll provide you with the WordPress files or admin access to move your site to a host of your choice.

We recommend Flywheel, as they are one of our partners and where we currently host our clients’ sites. We do not provide any license for plugins, themes or anything used on your website. At the time you cancel your subscription with us, you’ll be responsible for renewing and licensing those products.
