The Challenge
Avanti Doors had an ageing website that was slow, inaccessible, and poorly optimised. It hurt their credibility and frustrated visitors on mobile.
We converted the entire site to Astro — a modern, performance-first framework — and optimised every layer: compressed and lazy-loaded imagery, fixed accessibility issues, cleaned up the SEO foundations, and stripped out render-blocking resources. The result is a perfect 100 across all four Google PageSpeed Insights categories: Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO.
